I went to an open sketch for the first time in a few years. I never felt so much better. I miss figure drawing a lot. I went off a rusty start, but after short while my drawing became much better.

I just need to get vine charcoal for smaller medium and dimension, and use my faithful lithograph charcoal for larger ones (and those huge, blocky, messy charcoal for deep shadows on large mediums as well).

I'm developing a new project, a more serious side of animation. A graphic novel is my goal. So far I will be using realistic figures (bodies) but with animated faces (more cartoony, like Dick Tracy or Sin City). It will be on Irish Mob based in Chicago. If it's actually completed, and published, and become successful someday-- maybe a certain someone can produce a film based on it :-D

Anyways. Yeah, I haven't blipped for a few days. Kinda went off a bit here.
