this moment
my day was out of control crazy at work today. including 3 emergencies (on of which involved external entrails), 3 "routine" surgeries, 5 non-routine appointments, no time for lunch, scheduling snafus, chaos, mayhem, etc...
but for this moment of sunrise i was calm.
