Nursed

Spent the majority of the day sofa bound, trying to fix my back. It seemed better after a rest. Lil' sis' kept popping up and offering drinks. She's got quite a decent bedside manner despite the state of her hair today and her obvious disregard of personal space!
Although she did find it fun to persistently jump out on me from behind the sofa.
Hopefully I'll be healed in time for Xmas
