Down by the Pond

Great day for ducks, rain, rain and more rain - hopeless day for photography.

After walking round the garden while it was raining and not having much joy, I decided to go with this shot I'd taken earlier in the day. The tall flaxes at the back of the pond are our native  Harakeke, the flower is here.

Running late with tea so must fly, Roast chicken and veges tonight :)
