Jennifer's favourite

Well I'm not 100% it was her favourite, but I remember her remarking how easy the finished product fell out of the tin after I had made & baked it.
 It happened again today after baking this Flap Jack.
Today is Jennifer's birthday, I never forget her & I never will, hope she's enjoying some quality time with her Dad. Bless them both.
