Turkish pavlova

I can't claim any credit for this -- it was made by R and piped by A, rounding off an excellent meal that started with a massive roast duck with orange sauce and a bottle of Côtes du Rhône. We polished off every scrap of both between the six of us, and are now lounging about feeling pleasantly replete. I suspect card games may be required later.
