It's raining

Bus tour fail. Negotiated two tours for a little less than the price of one, Uptown and The Bronx. Bus was so slow moving through the New York traffic that we had to skip the Bronx tour and ended up doing a cut down version of the Uptown tour. It did rain when we were on this bus on the edge of Harlem but we toughed it out. Very interesting, especially given the little nugget that 30 years ago such a tour would not have been possible - too dangerous. How NYC has changed.
