Nearly there...

The Sun stands still in the Solstice sky... the land holds its breath, awaiting the rebirth of the light of the world... well, today it seems nothing like the day before. Tomorrow, Sol Invictus, the Sun will begin again his rise and rise into the lighter half of the year. Today, it feels like we're already there, or perhaps a couple of months away! So sunny!

Anyway, I for one am very grateful for a lovely bit of sunshine, as we wander through Westonbirt. We came across a new (to us) wood carving too... See extra. I'd like to point out I didn't carve my initials into his base, and the whole thing calls out "What's the time, Mr Wolf?"
