Day 203: Taller

David with his cousin, 6 years his senior and now ever so slightly shorter.

We had a lovely day celebrating Grandpa's birthday, sadly John's brother was ill and couldn't make it, along with my sister-in-law; they were missed but we ate well and made merry. 

One of John's presents was one of the Ladybird books for adults that are around at the moment - The Mid-Life Crisis, very funny but Grandpa picked it up and just didn't get it at all. He then read the list of other fake books in the series listed on the back, including The MILF, so we all held our breath waiting for him to ask - but he didn't! Watching the looks on the faces of the four grandkids was priceless.
