The Flying Haggis!

I've been meaning to visit this place for years, and as it was the final day of work a treat seemed to be in order. 

This is a real old Glasgow "chippie." All formica tables and linoleum floors. It was worth the visit just to listen to the Glasgow punters and their patter - priceless.

I had a "pizza crunch" supper. This is a half pizza covered in batter and deep fried. A heart attack on a plate (see EXTRA PHOTOS.)

Weather: nice day cold and wet later; 7 degrees c; coat weather; rain
