Christmas Rant

Can someone explain to me how anyone can think it is a good idea to do your Christmas food shopping half an hour before the store closes, and then get antsy with the staff when things have run out. Then go on to the deli and get them to open new packs of cheese because the 8 packs already cut are just a tiny bit too big, small, cheesy! And even tho the staff are trying to clear up because they want to get home to their families, they just have to have that one slice of ham cut because the trolleyfull they already have just might not be enough!! Bah Humbug! The job would be fine if it weren't for the customers!
Yesterday's amazing trip to Criccieth helped top up the zen, but I am thinking I am sorely needing another one!
However, came home to tea prepared by Beth, a gorgeous salmon pastry followed by this amazingly celestial creation. A Christmas tree of cookies made by her and Maisie. And relax.
