Colin and Declan made this gingerbread village with their Mom....isn't it great?  They make some version of this village each year, a family tradition.  Extra photos are a family shot of my husband, me, daughter Christie, son in law Jamie and the two boys, Colin and Declan.  We met up with long time family friends, Howie and Kelly Kaplan for a Christmas Eve lunch at a fabulous seafood restaurant (they're in the other shot).  And the last extra is this gigantic Santa Claus and Rudolph outdoor decoration....it's so cute, and in this shot you can see how BIG it really is in front of their house....
