Pavlova

It was my daughter Charlii's birthday today, and we all went to her house to give out the Christmas eve boxes, and give her her presents. 
We had a buffet tea, and my contribution was some home made potato salad and coleslaw and this Christmas wreath pavlova a la Mary Berry.
I quite enjoyed making it, and it certainly looked festive and tasted yummy! needless to say there was none left to bring home.
