Christmas Eve

Up early.
Extremely quick shop and home for 8 o'clock.
Prepared starter for tomorrow.
Packed up the car with waterproofs and set off for Rowardenan to meet friends.
Soup and rolls and sausage in a cosy chalet.
Wet, cold, muddy, puddly walk up a hill and back down again in the pouring rain.
Fire on the beach (very little bit of beach not covered in water).
Congratulations to Michael for persevering and managing to build a fire in the torrential rain....see extras!
Beer and toasted marshmallows.
Muddy walk back to chalet.
Cakes.
