Some one or thing is taking the piss. A new tube at the start of the week was installed along with some puncture tape stuff to deal with the Armadilloes' decreasing Armadillosity and the valve core (possibly the not-checked-out-yet reason for the previous tube being a bit hissy about the valve) was preventatively tightened, but it was still flat when I reached the car park on my way out and only just got me home, with some leaning-forward and bump-avoiding after refilling from the office pump and not spending very long at any shops.
