First pizza from our new pizza maker. This little red beauty heats her stone to 600F, and cooks a pie in 7 min's. The results? Pretty close to a pizzeria pizza. I'll need to work on my skills: keeping bubbles out of the dough, and finding tastier sauce and dough recipes. The whole making and cooking thing is quite fun, especially on Christmas Eve
