80% thinking about one country.
10% thinking about another country.
10% thinking about something else rather than a particular country.

They're just my own priorities quite different from other team members.
And obviously they're not Japan.
I'm learning a lot about those countries even though I'm based in Tokyo.

To be positive, it's good opportunity for learning.
