Ghost Bike

This is a GHOST BIKE which is put in the place (or as close too) a point where a cyclist was in a accident where they were hurt or killed.

Not sure which of the two happened here but the person was/is called Milena Gott-Konopacka. It is in place just off the Bridge of Dee, Aberdeen.
