A surreal moment

Christmas Eve is my favourite day of the year. Better than Christmas Day? Ok maybe not but I love the happy, jolly build up.

I've been working hard lately and I rarely get to lie-in bed but today I had the longest lie-in in a long time which I really needed.

We visited Gordon in the pub in Oldbury (a proper oldman style pub) so when I saw paddy here having his nails painted by Claire's sister I was rather thrown off guard. I think the red and green looks rather festive. After that we went to Gordon's for an hour, then onto an excellent meal at an Italian.

No time for stopping we then went to my best mates house for Christmas Eve drinks and had a jolly old time. Thanks Grez for an epic night.
