The bestest slippers ever

Not quite the Christmas Day we were expecting.

It all started normally enough and we were planning a 5pm family dinner. Unfortunately an elderly member of the clan was taken ill which meant a 999 call, hospital pickups and babysitting. Everyone is ok just a little worn out and stressed.

No Christmas dinner and just a couple of presents today. We'll try again tomorrow.

My slippers are amazing and just one of many thoughtful presents from the amazing CS. I think she is very much looking forward to seeing me with them on.
