Star of Wonder

It might have been a Christmas crocus but this Anemone coronaria is a more appropriate offering.  It has star quality - always a good thing at this season.  My plants are raised from seed collected in Galilee, only a few km from Nazareth, by local botanist and long time friend, Oron Peri.  You can read about the 'Seeds for Peace' project that Oron is involved in here.
