This picture completely sums up what Christmas is about. There was pure joy, love and excitement with these two cousins today. So thankful that uncle timmy and auntie Beth make the trek down from Seattle on Christmas so that the cousins can all see each other.
This morning Miles woke up about 3am to peak downstairs to make sure Santa came but then we had to wake him up to open presents later this morning. He was so excited this year which made the morning so fun. He was especially excited that Santa remembered the rocket ship he asked for. After we opened our presents, had cereal and cinnamon rolls and played with our we toys we went over to Mimi and Grandpa C's house for more presents, lunch and cousin time. Miles and Charlotte ran around the house after Miles created a treasure map to first destroy and then save Christmas, played with their new toys, ate a yummy dinner and went for a walk around the block.
So much fun today! The girls were real troopers today as their noses ran nonstop and didn't feel their best. But that didn't stop them from having a great day- and a great Christmas for everyone else too!
