Waldo Button

Both of my grandmothers had button tins, and I remember loving to open them up and look at the buttons. Just when I thought I'd found the prettiest one, an even prettier one would flash and catch my eye from the mosaic of spilled buttons.

My husband and I have been collecting buttons in our own button jar and have enjoyed watching our daughter's fascination with them. She'll even ask to choose buttons when we're at a yardage store. Can you see the 'funny little man' button she selected? :)
