A walk in the park

Thank you for all the lovely comments and Plamp envy yesterday.  I was really surprised any of you had time to visit journals, I know I didn't.  

We made the most of the dry weather this morning by having a walk into the village and round the local privately-owned park, which is also home to our village church.  It's a wonderful setting.

My heart goes out to all those families who have been stricken by flooding which continues to cause misery, and with more to come it seems.
