Merry and Bright

Christmas day was wonderful. So great to have daughter here again! We were all merry and bright :)

I got a nice Manfrotto mono-pod for a present and I tried it out last night. Now I, apparently, need to work on selecting the focal point. There is so much to learn with a DSLR. I must admit that I am lazy - I rely on the "cheat" settings almost all of the time as I've not figured the rest out, though I do use manual focus for low light pics (most of the time).
