Chin chin!

These colourful tipples are two types of gin given to us by friends Ron and Ian. The pink one is Sloe gin which I am drinking on the rocks ( for medicinal purposes of course) and the other is Ginger gin which Grace is going to drink with tonic. (See extra)

We have also made some Damson gin which is a slightly deeper red in colour and very tasty!

We should have walked this morning but chickened out - see Corinthian Column - so after G & J got back from seeing friends we had a brunch and now we are chilling. Grace in her new all black onesie.

It seems to have stopped raining for now but there have been pictures and reports of floods all over the area. So sorry for those with flooded houses in old Bingley and Haworth. We have a large puddle in the front garden which is nothing but I've never seen one there before.

Son Alex will be here soon for Boxing Day tea - Gary the butcher's pork pie and cold meats and cheese.
