The right place at the right time...

I suppose it might be fair to say that I gave this  as part of a Christmas present not just to Cathleen but to the two of us.  

The new Isle of Harris Distillery  (directions above) has started off with a gin, as most do, but even accepting the high standards expected from such innovations now, this one seems packaged exceptionally well and has been very positively reviewed.

But I think that having looked at the beautiful bottle for more than 24 hours the time has come to break the imaginative seal and try what is claimed to be the distinctive tang of sugar kelp.
