Boxing Day Blowout

A boxing day walk seems something of a tradition.  We decided to pick somewhere with drier paths as a new pair of walking boots were having their first outing.

I have to say this tree has been featured on a number of occasions over the last 4 years.  I love the small section of post and rail fencing that serves absolutely no purpose at all.  On this occasion it was the clouds behind that drew me to the scene.

I hope everyone had a great time with family, friends and loved ones.  I imagine you have made my sister-in-laws day with all of your kind comments about her Christmas table.  I can always trust on blippers to have something good to say about such things.  Thank you.
