Christmas cake

I annoyed number 1 son tonight, insisting on photographing the gluten-free cake our daughter made which we didn't get around to starting yesterday and which he was waiting to try.  See MrW's blip for the complete picture!  We only get a third of the cake as a third goes to daughter's father-in-law as he is gluten intolerant (genuinely) and the other third goes back to our daughter and her family. 

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas but I am also thinking about all those people in Northern England who are suffering yet again as I type from disastrous flooding.  Please will the government help them much more financially, particularly those who can't afford, or can no longer get insurance because of previous events.
