Boxing Day together

Jack and I had a lovely day with Neil and Sandi...vegan cooking all went well except the nut roast didnt cut as well as last year...why, I dont know.  After exchange of pressies, all great, we treated our guests to an episode of Catastrophe, our new very explicit comedy favourite (not for those easily shocked).  Jack told Neil "This is not a programme to watch with your mother" but by then it was too late.  

I have a new Ottolenghi cook book to experiment with too!
