Lefse

We'll keep up the holiday Lefse-making tradition with these balls of dough. Lefse, for those of you without Scandanavian blood, is a soft, flat potato bread the Norwegians make. Usually we get together a couple weeks before Christmas to make it, but this year we'll make it on Christmas Day. Is that efficient or just a way to put extra stress in an already mighty stressful day?
