A waist coat.....

I kept seeing these very pretty crochet flowers and thought I can do that!

So I made several and thought these would look good as an item of clothing.

So here it is, a waist coat. It looks really good with a black dress. Thought it might look a bit too hippyish but it doesn't. Think I might try some bead work amongst the flowers.

Quite pleased with it.
