Christmas Cake

Finally got the cake decorated today, going to be too late soon. After 2 months of waiting I hope it tastes ok. I make one every year but this year it I popped it in the oven and walked the dog. The first time I checked it was cooked and in much less time than normal, although because I was out I hadn't turned the temperature down. Last week as I drizzled it with brandy I tipped the bottle right up because it was nearly empty and sloshed brandy all over it! Fingers crossed for cutting it later.
