Seahouses Beach

We had planned a boat trip to the Farne Islands today, but the boat trip people said it was to be very wet so we didn't go. Instead we went to Alnwick, back to Barter Books where we also had a nice lunch in the converted railway waiting room.

After a wander round Alnwick town centre (in the sunshine!) we headed back to the holiday cottage, got Breagha and headed for a lovely walk on the beach. Cameron has been detailed by his Papa to fill his bucket with shells, for future photo opportunities, so there was much searching for them.

It was nice, but windy on the beach, hence the bouffant hair (mine)!
