Spotted on my Boxing Day walk

I left it late for a walk and it was dark before I got home but that did mean I saw some christmas lights -  this one got top marks.

We only have some minor flooding but there is quite a lot of water in the rivers  ( Extra photo is Shelf Brook in Manor Park, Glossop).

I didn't get a photo but there was quite a 'water splash' flood in the dip on Woodhead Road past Cemetery Road. I didn't drive through it but see a couple of car drivers get a fright as they hit -  Flood Road Sign on one side only ( as far as I could see)
