View from the top

Queenstown is certainly the place to have fun. We started the day with a speedy adventure on the Shotover Jet which took us along the river at speeds of up to 85kph. Despite rustling a few pebbles along the way we didn't find any gold.

Not content with this experience, we caught a gondola (cable car) up the hill for great views of Queenstown. Despite the sun shining in bright blue skies, my tandem paraglide was cancelled due to high winds. Fingers crossed I am able to book one in Wanaka instead.

Back to Bessie for a well earned glass of fizz and a bbq chicken.
