The Lady Killers

We went down to the bay tonight, where the Caroline Bay Carnival is taking place. 
The Lady Killers were performing at the Sound Shell. They are, from left: Jackie Clarke, Tina Cross, and Suzanne Lynch. 
These ladies are world famous in New Zealand, and have all had successful solo careers. They've been together for 10 years, and they sound fantastic - their performance of Bohemian Rhapsody was brilliant! They all have a great sense of humour, and Jackie is just hilarious!

I remember going to see Jackie Clarke years ago, when she was part of a group called When the Cat's Been Speyed (the name was a humorous take on another all-female NZ group When the Cat's Away), and I've been a fan ever since.

It was lovely to meet them all, and Suzanne asked Mario and I to send her some photos, and she will send us some of her CD's!

How cool is that!
