Making the most of the fine weather

I went up to Wendover Monument again this morning to blow the cobwebs away...I wasn't the only one either - the whole world & his wife (& his dogs & children) were there too. There were Kite flyers Dog walkers & View admirers there were Child Shouters, Children Shouters & lots of foreigners too. A good view of Chequers today, the country home of the PM but we knew he wasn't in cos he had his wellies on wading through the flooded areas of the north of England. He was echoing everything that the rest of the UK are thinking; god help those poor devils in the flooded areas....

Home then for lunch - muddy shoes on the front door step !
