Breakfast on the beach
After a relatively late one last night - the taxi poured us home at 2 am - combined with an early one for DS#2 who nobly drove DD#H to the ferry at 5:15 am, the wind had dropped and after some messing about in boats from DS#1&2, it was off to Berneray for a fry-up. Shelter wasn't as easy to find as one might have hoped but as ever sausages and bacon cooked on a wood fire always taste better than they do cooked in a more sensible kitchen.
Back home then to mussels and cockles garnered from the shore by the house. Excellent as ever.
