Yes.  The Kingfisher can't fish in the river as it's so fast flowing and deep, so he has taken to fishing in the main lake. He has also taken to sitting on a branch just near to the bird hide - and poses for the photographers. He knows they are safe in the box and he can just watch them.

I had a lovely day at the Wolseley Centre - families who were interested in seeing the kingfisher went along to the hide - and the  magic of these birds really enchanted a lot of the little ones.

I collected my new little friend after I had finished there. She's unsure at the moment, but she can take her time to get used to me and the house.
