Tu Es Belle

Spotted this walking down the promenade in Nice today. Someone has put tape on the railings such that viewing at a certain angle reveals the phrase 'tu es belle' (you are beautiful).

Quite appropriate to see a gaggle of young ladies asking a passerby to take a photo next to it :-)
