Oh dear!

We decided to blow the cobwebs away with a visit to Eastbourne. GravyC ran part of the way and we picked him up en route. I then had a little run along the prom while the boys competed against each other in the Flayground. We all then descended upon Fusciardi Ice Cream Parlour where Noo practised his face painting.

Now we are watching with the exception of Noo, who has had a major blood sugar crash 'The Empire Strikes Back'
