Not raining!

Today I ventured to the gym as apparently unless you achieve full knee flex within six weeks of the op you never will be able to bend the wretched joint fully! 

I was the only one there! At least I didn't have to pretend I was enjoying myself!

I shall be there tomorrow, enjoying myself of course!!
