Rushing River

Today I went to Llangollen and had a walk along the River Dee which was very full and rushing along. Some very brave (or foolish) people were canoeing along it. They were being tossed around with the force of the water - rather them than me!!

The Llangollen Steam Railway were doing Mince Pie Specials (extra photo) though the trains couldn't get all the way to Corwen because of flooding. I didn't go on the train but went for a bracing walk on the Panorama.
