Unexpected update on tram works near Haymarket

See that brown patch with a pile of grit and a bit of pipe, right in the middle of the photo? This is where the tramline will be. Probably. Sometime. If it ever gets completed. If it doesn't go a different way. If it doesn't collapse into a surprise underground tunnel.

It would help if anyone was ever working on building the blippy tramline.
