Most/both(?) of you will, almost certainly, have seen news of the requirements for an early visit by Noah around here. I've been seeing shots float by, if you'll pardon the pun, indicating parts of U.S.A. with similar. I heard tonight (28-12-15) That parts of Texas are getting 11" not of water, but Snow. The other, chucked in for "fun" is the view of out other weather vane/"rain gauge".
