Feel a bit rough tonight, had my flu jab at work today so now my arm is dead and my shoulder joint stiff, plus the hot flushes and general rubbish feeling!

Found some Jack Single Barrel at the back of the cupboard, this will make me feel better along with my beetroot brownies :)
