A Little Bit of Hope.

Our state is in the grip of a 4 year drought. This week some properties received a wonderful Christmas present of a good rainfall. We received only 55mms but will need a good bit more to create a season of grass for our cattle. However, we were very excited to see this brave plant rear itself up through the dry, cracked ground today. Our dog Bug looks like he is its guardian. It gives us a little bit of hope.
