Boxing Day

After such a lovely and very active Christmas Day at Mr MC's brother's house yesterday, we had a very much quieter day at home today.  Daughter #1 drew the short straw again this year, having to work both Christmas and Boxing day (although she was able to join us all for yesterday afternoon and evening)and  daughter #2 went to visit  a friend as Violet was with her daddy.
This gave us the perfect opportunity to catch up with Zeus09smum for lunch here and a relaxed afternoon with a glass (or 2!)  of wine.  Poor Zeus had to stay at home as sadly he and our three kitties are not the best of friends!
I really took only a couple of shots today, of the tree in rather poor afternoon light, so this I just about the only image I could offer.  On the plus side, my Christmas decorations have had a really good showing on Blipfoto this year!
