Empty berths

An afternoon stroll around the fishing port of Altea provided plenty of photo opportunities.........
The afternoon sun was casting long shadows, a lone fisherman was repairing his nets, old men, with rods, were sitting on the quay ever hopeful of a catch.....it was very quiet......waiting for the fishing fleet to come in!
I've chosen this photo.....with the bollards along the quay......
I particularly liked the long shadows ....
and with the Sierra Bernia hills in the background.
